Project Overview
Tritax Big Box Developments hosted an agent’s event in Biggleswade to support the leasing of newly completed units and bring local agents on site to experience the development firsthand.
The event blended Tritax Big Box Development’s commercial objectives with the character and heritage of the local area, adopting a market garden and farmers market aesthetic to create a relaxed but purposeful environment.
Sky Revolutions was appointed to capture the event and deliver a suite of marketing content in collaboration with Tritax Big Box Development’s and their external agency.
What We Delivered
The Creative Approach
The film opens with tight, intimate shots of produce, food details, signage, and textures. Hay bales, festoon lighting, catering areas, and wooden picnic benches establish a calm, market garden atmosphere reflective of Biggleswade’s heritage.
As the edit progresses, aerial footage reveals the scale of the completed unit, anchored by a giant carrot hero installation. The energy lifts into participation and competition before slowing again for the fireside chat and closing aerial shots.
Capturing the Event Experience
The event featured a central stage and catering area, supported by five game zones:
– Pumpkin bowling
– Vegetable shy
– Salad spinner
– Welly wanging
– Tato tally
Each activity was filmed with signage, action, reactions, and scoring moments. Prizes were awarded for highest overall score, furthest throw, closest guess, and tato tally.
Filming and Production
Two Sky Revolutions operatives captured the event using ground cameras, drone footage, GoPro cameras, and timelapse capture to show both detail and scale.

– Teaser film released the following day
– Vox pop style sizzle reels
– Longer talking head videos released over subsequent days and weeks
