We were asked to develop an extended marketing film using new aerial footage taken by our expert drone pilots together with existing footage and graphic overlays to highlight key bullet points, and features and benefits of the site. Other content included maps and plans and individual unit details.

Cransley Park is a brand-new development and empty units were still available for us to undertake indoor aerial filming for the marketing film.

Indoor filming is helpful in creating a marketing film for potential buyers to get a holistic view of the site before committing to a personal visit. During the Covid Pandemic and lockdown, being able to represent a site in hi-resolution detail from every viewpoint has been incredibly helpful for developers as they continue to market their properties in new ways.

The finished marketing film located other nearby services with clever use of logo graphics, while a mix of speeds and angles in the aerial footage helps to boost interest. The film finishes with the developer’s and agent’s logos.
